This ensemble depicts the Kapampangan Goddess MUNAG SUMALA (Goddess of Dawn and Golden Serpent).
The headress’ rays represent the towns of Pampanga with the Golden Serpent as an honor to Munag Sumala.
The sequinted gown embellished with Yellow, Red, Green and Blue rhinestones represent the diverse Kapampangan Folks.
The Cape pays tribute to the majestic Mt. Arayat as Pampanga’s greatest Environmental Icon and the Pampanga River flowing across towns as a symbol of grace and blessings.
The two main industries of the province are also highlighted, the aqua and agri cultures which pave way to a bountiful harvest and prosperity.
The San Luis Gonzaga Church, a testimony to the unrelenting faith of the Kapampangans.
And the KULITAN (Kapampangan Alphabet) which reads LABUAD KAPAMPANGAN, my beloved Pampanga.
